    Brian-

have purchased your core training videos, fantastis stuff! I have the privilege of doing all the off-ice training of my son’s hockey team, i incorporate alot of your techniques with great success. They have had less injuries and are noticably stronger this season over last. They also are having way more fun because of the “crazy” execises that they do. They want to do off-ice. I have even caught my wife watching the videos and trying a few of the exercises in our basement. Keep up the wonderful training research. One suggestion- because alot of the techniques you use are unorthodox to most, maybe some praxis explanations of why that exercise is good,ex.- sport specific, home activity, physiologicaly altering, etc. Hope to be purchasing the tire work out video soon. God bless your work.
