I found your vids on YouTube a while back and I appreciate your innovative take on things! You aren't afraid to put some great info out there, based on sound, effective principles! I have really been focusing more on the hip/scap connection with my clients these days, as I have one client in particular who seems to have NO sense of core control...it's been the most frustrating thing BUT a while back I really got to thinking about it and viola, hips/scaps...she is kyphotic and it all makes sense. You've given me some great ideas for new ways of getting to work! :) Also, your client Allie is an animal! Kudos to you both!
