Blessing would be a better word to describe you Brain.. Your creative approach on personal training is great. You are truly blessed. I agree with the gentlemen who posted the video.in sharing the wealth of information you have. Some one once said to me that there are those who are blessed with a light inside them selves to share with others. Brain you do it effortlessly. I haven’t left to many comments because Im just taking it all in and processing and applying. I just got ISSA certified not to long ago and Im sooooo grateful I discovered one of your videos to find your website.
