In the last post you got a glimpse of one of my professional athletes.

I am pleased to inform you that Daniel’s trianing has landed him a job as a AA starter! Congrats Daniel on really putting forth a solid effort in training. You deserve much success.

Now I would like to turn the spotlight toward another superstar…

Molly Young has really come a long way in her career as a trainer since she signed on as a member of our coaching club. She is almost ready to dump the gym and leave her greedy gym owner in the dust. I want to congratulate molly on a job well done.

You are an inspiration to all trainers. I am so glad the we were able to help you kick butt in 2008 and 2009.

This post is just a tribute to an amazing woman who juggles home life with two children and demanding social life with her career as a healer, motivator and trainer.

Molly left the life of athletic training behind to step out in faith and persue her passion of changing lives.

Watch this video showcasing one of her clients rapidly progressing from a state of near disability to a complete rehabilitation and beyond.

Molly has been a DVD club member for several months now has doubled her business in that time. This video below shows a scaled down version of her application of our Spider Training DVD.

See for yourself.

Watch this video now! It truely inspired me

If you would like to contact Molly for training in the Toledo area her website

(wich we will be working on privately) is…

These are my favorite!

Molly is such a great mom she is training her children to embrace fitness aswell…

I found this video by Molly to be extremely motivational as I am an aspiring personal trainer and have worked in a gym setting for a couple of years now. I just moved to a new city and am trying to find my niche in the private sector where I can build my own effective schedule around my family life.
It really inspires me that in her mid thirties (as am I)with 2 children, Molly has suceeded as she has and I can only aspire to become half as successful.
The type of training you (Brian) are teaching and I am learning now is absolutely amazing and clients love it. I really hope to be able to take this off further in my new location. Thanks for all the motivating tips and keep on posting ideas!!!
