Substituted 2 BOSU’s instead of a plyo ramp for the unilat UE plyo planks…and got air!….it worked great for those of us with smaller equipment budgets!!! Keep kickin……
Just finished the trifecta 3 and as requested by B-devil am voting on the dimensional proportion of Heather’s…attributes. I think Heather looks like a ninja spiderwoman ! When she moves thru the drills she is stealth, sleek,and strong = very attractive !! pure entertainemnt when Heather gets frisky or frustrated with B.D. !! Love it
On a serious note quite amazing that within the first few series of each trifecta disc I saw moves that I had never seen before. Awesome Job as usual Brian.
These DVD’s definetly give me an advantage over the competition, but more importantly, keeps the client interested; my workouts are innovative, fun and challenging, my clients love not knowing what to expect next, and they love doing workouts that are tough but fun. keep up the good work Brian.
Where is the workout? I love killer quick body weight workouts and would love to try it with myself then clients if I like it!
