Thanks Brian
Hey B…
Just wanted to thank you for your awesome input regarding my client the other day! We had a great breakthrough session yesterday..and after some intense psoas release and instruction on self adductor releases using a 5# free weight, she walked away with a level pelvis, tandem and uniform gait and with more range of motion and ease of motion than she has EVER had! A box of Kleenex later, our eyes finall dry…she thanked me and went on with her day with a renewed hope for better days to come! Thanks for all you do in helping me to help others!
Thats Awesome Mailly!
Thanks Ned! Got some more good stuff coming
Good stuff coming ? ? GREAT STUFF !! Just got in the mail today and watched twice, “PRIMAL PILLAR TRAINING”. I’m on Fire ! I’m on Fire !
This Fitness system just makes so much sense, the different phases grouped in a set, brutal and brilliant !!
Each time I open the mailbox and see a package from Synergy, I feel like a kid at christmas with a bunch of new toys to play with ! ! Thanks so much Brian !!……interesting cover.
If your a personal trainer on the fence about the DVD club, get off the fence and in the club ! Brian’s DVD club is by far the best investment in my busines I have ever made. Unique and original, each DVD I have received has been my favorite,at least until the next one arrives !
Great Job Heather !
Good warmup exercises. I don’t think enough people warm up properly or even place enough emphasis on warming up. I cannot stress the importance of warming up properly and stretching especially as you start to age.
Ok..so I like to think of myself as creative, spontaneous, and informal when it comes to designing client workouts…if I over plan, never fails, something happens to throw that plan out the door for that client that day! I am hesitant to confine myself to a “system” as I am nachotypical or average trainer! With that said….every single “system” that Brian has offered once again throws my theories out the door…and blows my mind! I am in love with this Primal Pillar Training system…and my clients are too! The physiology behind this system WILL be the key to success…both for your business as well as helping clients reach their goals….fast and while having FUN! Keep em comin bdogg!!
