Circuit 1: Mid Back Weakpoints
Reverse Bear Crawl UP the Door/Wall
SpiderMan Plate Push/Pull (fwd/rev)
..right back into Reverse Bear Crawl Up the Door/Wall
Coaching Points:
- Always: Abs contracted and lifted, glutes
engaged and tucked to PRTOECT THE BACK!
- Keep upper extremities PROTRACTED through
the PUSH phase, RETRACTED and DEPRESSED through
the PULL phase to protect the neck!
-Know your clients limits..work smart so they
can work hard..and prevent future injuries.
Circuit 2: Backside Weakpoints
TRX Bilateral HS Curl with “Crab” Scap Depression
TRX alternating LE Bicycles
TRX Rev/Fwd Crab Walk/end range Bilateral HS Curl
TRX Supine HS Bridge with B HS Curl
Coaching Points:
-Maintain scap retraction and depression, slight
cervical retraction/extension to avoid unnecessary
muscle tension in neck & upper traps.
-Abs engaged, glutes contracted/tucked with
tailbone lifted to ceiling to “maximize” their
maximus and eliminating low back compensation.
Repeat Circuits as desired and able with EXCEPTIONAL TECHNIQUE
and enjoy knowing the Quality of Your Business (thus Quality of Life-
for both you AND your client)—EXPLODES!

Commenting on the corrective exercise segment.
Looks like the client’s R knee is “diving” inward suggesting weak hip stabilizers, specifically the glutius medius. Strenghting the VMO may help stabilize the knee during eccentric loading as well.

the PULL phase to protect the neck, I’m not quite sure how this protects the NECK? Could you explain?
