Adjustable kettlebells are not different from traditional kettlebells but their exception is in the weight of the kettlebell. Only you have the freedom to use one kettlebell and adjust it with different weights.

Oh and by the way. Presumably you think it's OK for someone to squat (single leg or both) below the point where they can maintain neutral spine? That's the benchmark I use with my older clients (which they all are because I am!) but I guess it depends on the strength, flexibility and muscle balance of the individual concerned? Your girl is making it look easy!!

Brian - bloody fantastic as usual. I'd love to be Spiderman too but since I ignored my rotator cuff impingement and it turned into microtears, I'm more like a dead spider! Can't do ANY of the wonderful stuff you've shown us that I was just getting into.

Due to have cortisone injection on Friday - any suggestions or warnings?!
