1. The Grip
- measure distance from fingertip to contralateral shoulder
- distance equals width of hand grip on bar
- grip bar using thumb opposition
2. The Upper Body
- bar 8-10″ above head
- full shoulder hyperextension
- elbows behind head, neck neutral
- chest up
3. The Lower Body
- back straight With bar at hips
- knees forward, squat to parallel
- toes slightly turned out
4. The Movement
-trace body with bar while moving from hips to overhead
-quick hop with focused jump down
-controlled deceleration with squat
Coaching Progression
- focus on form and technique until able to maintain perfect
- overhead squat 15-30″
- use stick for initial technique comprehension prior to introducing the bar

I dont see the p[erson who is demonstrating gettting into triple extension. His feet never leave the ground. His idea abt measuring for the grip is a good one. It is a good video.
