In this video:
- Mountain Slider- start with a cardiovascular blast and fatigue the hip flexors so that your clients can cheat when you demand ab activation and true core strengthening
- Slider butt drops- add dynamic rotation and increased loads on the upper body by performing unilateral weightbearing training and huge core stabilization . This is not for the weak of heart!!!
- Slider plank pulls- after all is fatigued and no compensatory strategies can be utilized isolate the abs and all your boot camp exercises to speak for themselves
A slider trifecta like this will have your clients absolutely exhausted and everyone watching, wondering what you are thinking!! Remember that your clients must have a solid core strength and dynamic core stability to perform these boot camp exercises.
When your clients think that you are only training core, they will realize the massive upper body load especially on the scapular stabilizers and triceps!!!! They will love the whole body fatigue and rave about your boot camp.

Glad you like the new stuff! Sorry about the typo. No cheating allowed. By fatiguing the hip flexors, the client wont be able to use them to cheat or compensate for weak abs. Thanks for allowing me to clarify! Keep the comments and suggestions coming.
I love it. Very cool! I am anxious to try it myself. What is she using to slide her feet on the floor?
Hey Kathy. The sliders are a secret Ninja training device…just kidding. They are furniture sliders which can be found at almost any home improvement store. Enjoy!
