No longer are Treadmills made for running!

When you think of treadmills, you won’t think of this…Guaranteed.

The creative training in this video will absolutely blow your bootcampers’ minds.

With dynamic movements like these, your clients will experience an exhilarating whole body  workout with emphasis on core strengthening and scapular exercises.

Bootcampers will use bodyweight strengthening and decreased stability to challenge their bodies in ways that they never have before.

They will leave your bootcamp feeling like a hulk!

WARNING.…this training is only for advanced Bootcampers!

The transitions while traveling on the treadmill will demand neuromuscular control, high level proprioception and a solid foundational strength.

Because of the high level dynamic movements, you will need to be with your client and managing the speed of the treadmill to ensure their success with this training.

In this video:

  • Lateral Shuffle in a half squat- engages entire hip complex and core stabilization with emphasis on hip abductors
  • Retro jog with a squat- great closed kinetic chain strengthening for the entire lower body with dynamic quad activation
  • Transition to prone mountain climbers- bootcampers can resist the treadmill at this point for increased core and scapular stabilization
  • Transition to supine crab walk- maximal scapular stabilization and glute isolation while maintaining great core strengthening

After a treadmill workout in your bootcamp, you clients will think that you have totally lost your mind and love you for it!

Allow your clients to become true athletes when you demand full body coordination and mental focus during your boot camp exercises.

They will not even realize the core strengthening and scapular exercises that you are incorporating into their workout because they will be so focused on the challenge.

Wow! I just got your Core Salvation DVD, and it is AWESOME!! This was my first purchase, along with the Adaptive Blast, Vol. 4?. It is just as good, and I love your philosophy behind it! I was surprised to see so many original exercises!! You are truly gifted, and I so appreciate that you use correct terminology in describing what body parts and systems the exercises target!!!! I am learning so much, and I can’t wait to get my hands on more! Clients don’t know what has gotten into me!

One question: What is the weight of the large med ball that you use in the video? I think it’s called a dynamic medicine ball. Doesn’t bounce, and you use it for ball slams after jumping off of the plyo deck, then pick it up with both feet. I think the same ball is used in the punching drill on the ground. Those balls are a little pricey, so I want to make sure I get the most bang for my buck.

And what is a good weight rope ball to start with if I train mostly women/moms?

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
