Wow! I just got your Core Salvation DVD, and it is AWESOME!! This was my first purchase, along with the Adaptive Blast, Vol. 4?. It is just as good, and I love your philosophy behind it! I was surprised to see so many original exercises!! You are truly gifted, and I so appreciate that you use correct terminology in describing what body parts and systems the exercises target!!!! I am learning so much, and I can't wait to get my hands on more! Clients don't know what has gotten into me!

One question: What is the weight of the large med ball that you use in the video? I think it's called a dynamic medicine ball. Doesn't bounce, and you use it for ball slams after jumping off of the plyo deck, then pick it up with both feet. I think the same ball is used in the punching drill on the ground. Those balls are a little pricey, so I want to make sure I get the most bang for my buck.

And what is a good weight rope ball to start with if I train mostly women/moms?

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
