Scapular and core stabilization are essential to success when utilizing these training techniques in your boot camps, so make sure that your clients are not only strong and coordinated but also trained correctly.
In this video:

- Inverted Reverse Bear Crawl Pike shoulder flexion- once you client has mastered static inverted strengthening add dynamic training with simple shoulder flexion but requiring dynamic stabilization of scapular stabilization with unilateral weightbearing
- Inverted Reverse Bear Crawl Pike with shoulder horizontal abduction- variation of shoulder strengthening but requiring even higher level stabilization when moving limb outside the center of mass
- Inverted Pike hip extension- an incredible way of not only strengthening but also including flexibility training. You must monitor proper stabilization during this exercise to ensure that your client does not have stabilization shutdown and increase lumbar lordosis. Require them to move within their available hamstring flexibility while stabilizing against the pull on the pelvis.
