Brian, I absolutely love the ideas you give for training. My clients feel very challenged and like the changes I add. They either email or text me after our work outs to tell me how much they loved it. My style of training is very different so I tell people upfront when meeting them that I don’t do the same boring work out every time we meet. I like to think outside the box, but in a safe way and I show different ways to do exercises to accomodate each clients fitness level. When I first found your website, I thought, WOW, this guy is awesome and I’ve followed you since. I’ve only been in the fitness business for 6 years. I started out at health clubs and now I’m on my own (very small though). I do training out of my basement which is set up like a small gym. I also run a ladies boot camp at a local park. I did work with a local boys baseball team a few times this year. On top of all that the past 3 years I have volunteered my time through our park district to help run speed and agility drills for a boys football team, which two of my kids played on. I’m very sorry that I missed the U.F.F opportunity but I’m in a financial crunch right now so I really couldn’t afford it. However, I was wondering if you will be selling DVD’s to the rest of us who couldn’t join? Maybe down the road if I’m able to swing it I can join if there is another opportunity. Well, thanks for all of your information and emails.
