Boot camp exercises should focus on a balanced approach between pushing and pulling.
Do not be an idiot and create a boot camp workout packed with push ups and crawling around without incorporating equal amounts of scapular work and posterior chain conditioning.

- Crab Walk 40 Feet
- 3 Leg Dog (one minute each side)
***The three legged dog pose stretches the Lats and Psoas and provides length to the body***
