The 5 Keys To Fantastic Boot Camp Programming
When you think about running profitable boot camp workouts,
most trainers conjure up ideas of 40 people getting yelled at while
performing pushups with awful form!

1) Does your boot camp have a dynamic warmup or movement prep component?
If your boot cam workouts and boot camp exercises are not following a fantastic
dynamic boot camp warm up, you are doing your clients a huge disservice.
You must increase the extensibility of the muscle tissue prior to activation.
You must also increase core temperature to facilitate vasodilatation .
Simply put, You should Increase respiration and blood flow prior to the boot camp workout.
2) Are you covering ALL primal movement patterns?
Your boot camp workout needs to cover all primal movement patterns in order to be complete.

Give them a guaranteed body and mind makeover. Do not get pigeon holed into being a trainer.

4) Sprinkle New Content Every Day.
It is your job to keep things interesting in your boot camps. It is your job to read, study and find coaches!
to help grow your boot camp business.
Always without question, bring something new to the table at every class!
It is imperative for your referral marketing.
People will talk about their good times in life!

Choose effective warmups.
