Excellent content and vid B…as always!! I especially enjoy how you mask the INTENSITY of your exercises with cutesy benign names…hard to be skurred of an exercise called a Hink Honk..
Brian – love love love all the stuff you give me…you don’t blink when you talk – I blinked like 3-5 times during your intro to this video – you didn’t blink at all. What’s up with that? …yes, I notice the details

Love this workout! Although it is killer high-impact! A lot of my folks couldn’t take this much pounding – about half of them are 50-plus and lots have some sort of knee issue. I’m going to do a modified version for my class today. Thanks for the great ideas…
We did this workout with a few modifications Friday and they LOVED IT! Thanks Brian for all you do – it’s really empowering to my ladies to feel like they can be “seniors” and still do a boot camp!
This is an excellent video clip. I just found your site and I am so excited about all the ideas and originality this will add to my programs. Thanks for this you ROCK!
I’m a gym instructor and your program and workouts are inspiring. endurance, strength and power to another level. hope your work keeps inspiring others as it does moi
