	<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Brian,</p>
<p>I&#39;m trying to understand more about what you send me so I can utilize the information and workouts better. &#160;So I have questions:</p>
<p>What makes a Primal exercise primal?</p>
<p>How do you define &#39;Functional&#39;? and how do I &#39;functionally accent&#39; an exercise?</p>
<p>From UFF Sneak Peak Page 6, Phase 3...How would I go about choosing such an exercise? Can you give some examples?</p>
<p>I&#39;ve found UFF to be very comprehensive, but I must admit that I&#39;m getting lost. &#160;I can simply plug &#39;n&#39; play from the videos but what if I have to modify or swap out exercises based on client needs, time, location etc? &#160;I think what i&#39;m saying s that I need more explanation of the concepts and philosophy behind the quinfectas etc</p>
