Hi Brian,

I'm trying to understand more about what you send me so I can utilize the information and workouts better.  So I have questions:

What makes a Primal exercise primal?

How do you define 'Functional'? and how do I 'functionally accent' an exercise?

From UFF Sneak Peak Page 6, Phase 3…How would I go about choosing such an exercise? Can you give some examples?

I've found UFF to be very comprehensive, but I must admit that I'm getting lost.  I can simply plug 'n' play from the videos but what if I have to modify or swap out exercises based on client needs, time, location etc?  I think what i'm saying s that I need more explanation of the concepts and philosophy behind the quinfectas etc
