Terms and Conditions
  1. The content contained in PTexplosion members section and in online and offline courses is for the personal use of the account holder only.
  2. You MUST NOT provide any of the materials or content in the PTexplosion web site to any other fitness professional, personal trainer or any other person associated with fitness industry unless they are a member of PTexplosion and The Underground Fitness Formula, without the prior written consent of Brian Devlin.
  3. You can print any of the content contained in the PTexplosion members section provided that you use the printed copies for your personal use only or with your personal fitness training clients.
  4. You must keep your Username and Password secure and you MUST NOT provide this information to any other person .
  5. © The copyright of all the PTexplosion web site is the property of Brian Devlin and Synergy Fitness Inc and is protected by international copyright laws.
  6. © The copyright of all the video material in each online or delivered course is the property of the course provider Brian Devlin.
  7. Failure to abide by these terms is a breach of copyright and legal remedy may be sought under copyright and international law.
  8. Members paying via $47 monthly installment – PTexplosion will charge your credit card for the instalment amount each month until Dec of 2010 when membership will expire.

No responsibility is accepted and all responsibility is hereby disclaimed for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the use or misuse of any information or content or any reliance thereon. It is the responsibility of all users of this website to satisfy themselves as to the medical and physical condition of themselves and their clients in determining whether or not to use or adapt the information or content provided in each circumstance.   10. Privacy – your privacy is important to us. All personal information that we have about you (including email addresses and credit card details) are kept on a secure database that is not accessible directly from the Internet. Your personal details will NEVER be supplied to any third party, unless required by law, without your prior, written consent.
  11. REFUND POLICY
    1. Memberships
      12 month memberships – no refunds are accepted for 12 month memberships. Members can apply for a refund in extenuating circumstances by emailing admin@briandevlin.com and a refund may be issued at the discretion of the directors of PTexplosion. Members will be advised of the decision of the directors within 48 hours of the request being received. A refund will be issued, if applicable, at the same time as this advice is given. Monthly – members can email admin@briandevlin.com to cancel their monthly membership. The membership will be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of the cancellation request. The membership will remain active until the next monthly renewal date.(This only applies to the 167 charter members that signed up prior to April 1, 2010. All other memberships are none refundable
    2. Courses and Products
      PTexplosion makes available courses and products with the consent of the course/product provider. No refunds are accepted for courses or products. Purchasers can apply for a refund in extenuating circumstances by emailing admin@briandevlin.com and a refund may be issued at the discretion of the directors of PTexplosion and the course/product provider. Purchasers will be advised of the decision of the directors within 48 hours of the request being received. A refund will be issued, if applicable, at the same time as this advice is given.
    3. Live Events and Workshops
      You can cancel a registration for an event up to 14 days prior to the event by emailing PTontheNET. No refund is possible within 14 days of the event.
